Casino Journal Publishing Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CSJP) has announced it has changed its name to CJPG, Inc. following the completion of a transaction in which the previous top
executives acquired the publishing assets from the Company. Under the transaction, the previous CEO, President and a Vice President of the Company returned their common stock, which represented more than 60% of the shares outstanding, in return for all the assets and liabilities which represented
the previous publishing business of the company and resigned as officers and directors of the Company. CJPG, Inc. retained assets which consists of marketable securities valued at over $100,000.
A special committee of independent members of the Board of Directors approved the transaction and named Alan Woinski as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Woinski is the former President and CFO of the predecessor Company. He resigned from the former Casino Journal Publishing Group, Inc. concurrent with a spin-off of the entity's Gaming Venture Corp.,U.S.A. unit and became CEO, President and CFO of Gaming Venture Corp., U.S.A. prior to its recent acquisition/reverse merger with Kuhlman Company, Inc.
The Company presently anticipates taking the required steps to have the company's common stock eligible to be traded on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board. The Company intends to explore all business opportunities available to it including, but not limited to, acquisition(s) of existing companies or operating assets or the development of new business operations.
